2 What data we collect and for what purpose

We process personal data only to the extent necessary for specific purposes:

Contact form

Data: full name, e-mail address, subject and message content

Purpose: responding to submitted enquiries, establishing commercial contact

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests of the controller)

Data processor: Formspree Inc. (USA) — data is transferred on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission

Retention period: until the enquiry is answered or the sales process is concluded, no longer than 2 years

Technical data (server logs)

Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of visit, URLs of visited pages

Purpose: ensuring the security and correct operation of the website

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests of the controller)

Retention period: up to 90 days

3 Cookies

The rce-automatyka.pl website uses only essential (session) cookies necessary for the correct operation of the site. We do not use marketing, analytical or tracking cookies.

The website uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 in the contact form to protect against automated spam. This service may set its own cookies in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

You can manage cookies in your web browser settings.

4 Recipients of data

Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

  • Formspree Inc. – provider of the contact form service (USA; transfer on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Google LLC – provider of the reCAPTCHA service (USA; transfer on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Hosting provider – to the extent necessary to maintain the website
  • Public authorities – only on the basis and within the limits of applicable law

We do not sell personal data to third parties or share it for marketing purposes.

5 Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to the processing of your personal data:

Right of access – you may obtain information about what data we process
Right to rectification – you may request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure – you may request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Right to restriction – you may request restriction of the processing of your data
Right to data portability – you may receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Right to object – you may object to processing based on the legitimate interests of the controller

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland: President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, www.uodo.gov.pl).

6 Data security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction. Data transmission is secured using an encrypted HTTPS/TLS connection. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3 and a honeypot trap to limit bot access.

7 Links to external websites

The website may contain links to external sites (including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Maps). This Privacy Policy does not cover those services — we recommend reading their own privacy policies.

8 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The current version is always available at rce-automatyka.pl/en/polityka-prywatnosci.html. The date of the last update is shown in the document header.
